Incorporation
About incorporation
Appropriate procedures are required for corporate registration under the Japan Companies Act, including establishment of various corporations and registration of any changes to the corporate registration.
The procedures to establish corporations vary whether it is a joint-stock corporation (kabushiki-kaisha, KK), limited liability company (godo-kaisha, GK), general partnership (gomei-kaisha, GMK), or limited partnership (goshi-kasha, GSK). There are also procedures to establish various associations and institutions, such as general associations, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, medical institutions, banking institutions, etc.
Additionally, if there is any change to an existing organization such as reorganization, recapitalization, change in statutory directors, or change of legal address, you need to promptly apply to change the corporate registration.
